Bryn Price, Director of Safer Kent talk: Reclaiming Narratives – Leading Change

In this online session our guest speaker, Bryn Price, Director of Safer Kent will cover: Their personal journey Why change is needed How you can lead change The importance of challengingBryn Price, grew up in Africa and after a career in the Rhodesian Civil Service and forces and the retail industry in RSA, moved to Maidstone. Using his Training Skills he was in charge of 7 Reed Cross Commercial Training Centres before joining Kent Police as an Area Training Officer. Shortly after joining, he moved to KPC to set up the Leadership and Management Programme. This soon expanded to include the Masters Management Degree Programme for police officers and staff. The KFRS joined this programme after the success of the First 2 cohorts. A secondment as a Staff Officer to ACC Special Ops and then a move to managing all Partnerships & Income Generation. When he retired he took on the role as Director of the Safer Kent Community Safety Charity. A keen interest in leadership and a published author, his other passion is leading the British Masters Canoe Marathon Team.
