The aim of this workshop to help you manage your work life balance. As well as helping you understand how to make some positive lifestyle changes and provide some practical tips on how to deal with stress triggers.
Hans Selye said, “it’s not the stress that kills us, it is our reaction to it”. We will look at how we can respond to stress rather than react.
This workshop will be delivered via PowerPoint on zoom, breakout rooms will be used, along with Q&A discussions.
