This workshop consists of guided Yoga sessions mixed with opportunities for you to get on with your writing.
The day starts with an hour's teacher-led yoga practice to prepare the body and mind for writing. We ask that you wear comfortable clothes and that you bring a mat from home. Participants then enjoy a silent space to work on any aspect of their thesis/project in 50 minute writing blocks. With breaks for refreshments and a short guided meditation after lunch, the yoga and writing retreat creates a peaceful and relaxed environment to work.
Don't forget any materials you will need to work, including your laptop! Please note you must attend the yoga and the writing retreat.
