This session will help you find Disability Confident https://www.gov.uk/government/... employers and discover what to look for when applying for a job or placement. You will be able to consider what draws you to an employer, why it's important to find a Disability Confident employer if you have a disability, and what the benefits of finding a supportive workplace can be. We will also briefly cover reasonable adjustments and Access to Work.
