Give yourself enough time so you don't end up running late and find yourself running!

When wearing headphones/ earphones, be aware of your surroundings and your personal safety
6. Record your steps
Use an app like Strava or a fitness tracker to keep on top of how many miles you have walked!
7. Get a walking buddy

We have all been there, nearly dripping in sweat once we have finally reached the top of Eliot footpath.
