Find out about Student Success targets and performance indicators, the University Access and Participation Plan, and a history of Student Success at Kent

The Student Success Team leads a university-wide research/action research approach to reducing attainment gaps and driving cultural change across the University.

What makes our approach unique is the ongoing dialogue between theory and practice. The Student Success Team conducts on-going institutional research. We collate and analyse data to inform our research and develop activities and interventions to support student success.
