Use this form to submit a formal complaint about a course, service or facility at the University.
Eligibility checklist
When to use this form:
- You must be a registered student at the University of Kent, including students on approved periods of interruption, or a recent graduate (within three months of graduation).
- After you have attempted Early Resolution of your complaint. Please tell us in the form who dealt with the early resolution of your complaint, and the outcome.
When NOT to use this form:
- If your complaint is about a student. Please refer to the Student Conduct pages or complete a Student Discipline Form.
- If your complaint is related to Academic Appeals, please refer to the Quality Assurance and Compliance Office (QACO) for further information.
- If your complaint Accommodation related. Please refer to the Accommodation Complaint Procedure in the first instance.
- If you are not current student or recent graduate.
