The service includes a variety of inductions, assessments and programmes tailored to suit your needs.

Personal training is available for individuals and groups who want one-to-one training and a personalised programme suited to their individual goals.
Working with a personal trainer is a good way to help you learn the right way to exercise effectively and equip you with the knowledge and confidence to exercise effectively on your own. Personal training can also add variety to your current workouts and bring a fresh perspective with new or more challenging exercises to maximise your potential.
An Initial Fitness Consultation must be booked before all other appointments can be made. The Initial Fitness Consultation is free, with further appointments chargeable as above.
