Analyse molecular evolution and construct phylogenetic trees
Functionality
Molecular Evolutionary Genetics Analysis (MEGA) is computer software for conducting statistical analysis of molecular evolution and for constructing phylogenetic trees. It includes many sophisticated methods and tools for phylogenomics and phylomedicine. MEGA has a variety of useful functions including sequence alignment construction, a genetic code table section, distance estimation methods, and molecular test clocks for example.
