Interactions between Representation Theory and Model Theory

Lectures will start on Monday 1st July 2019, late morning, and will end on Friday 5th July 2019, early afternoon.
Location

The meeting will take place at the University of Kent (Canterbury). The lectures will take place in the School of Mathematics, Statistics and Actuarial Science. Click here for a printable map of the University of Kent.
Travel

Note that Canterbury has two train stations, Canterbury East and Canterbury West. The University can be reached by a pleasant half hour walk from Canterbury West, however, it might be more convenient to take a taxi to the University. The School of Mathematics is located in the award-winning Sibson Building.

If you are traveling by Eurostar from Belgium or France, please note that the closest station is Ashford International. There are regular trains between Ashford and Canterbury (West). The journey takes approximately 20 min. Note that your journey Ashford-Canterbury is not covered by your Eurostar ticket. So you will also need to buy a ticket Ashford-Canterbury.

Registration fees and Conference Dinner
Registrations fees of £50 will cover registration, a conference pack and coffee breaks.

The conference dinner will take place on Thursday 4 July 2019 at The Ambrette. There are two possible menus (see below). The cost of the conference dinner is £35 including 2 glasses of wine.

Cumin spiced red lentil and spinach, asparagus, paprika fenugreek potatoes, steamed
