About
I am a Senior Lecturer in Mathematics at the University of Kent. My area of research is stable homotopy theory, in particular model categories and chromatic homotopy theory. I am also interested in homological algebra and A-infinty algebras.
Before coming to Kent, one could find me in the following places.
2008 - 2012 Postdoc in Glasgow
2007 - 2008 Postdoc in Sheffield
2003 - 2007 Doctoral degree (Dr.rer.nat.) in Bonn, supervisor: Prof. Stefan Schwede
1998 - 2003 Diplom studies in Bonn, supervisor: Prof. Carl-Friedrich Boedigheimer
grown up near Euskirchen, about an hour southwest of Bonn
