The global pandemic brought a period of reassessment about working apart and together and how we build relationships within those teams. Dr Dawn Nicholson took part in a BBC Radio 5 Live Drive programme to talk about the importance of team-building in the workplace, and the benefits this brings to employees and employers alike.
Nicholson explains how team-building activities help us to see our colleagues in a different light and break down barriers to create a harmonious working environment.
