Student Societies

The Kent Politics and International Relations Society is a student-run organisation ratified by Kent Union. The Society runs many events throughout the year, from socials to public speakers covering thought-provoking topics, which allows the opportunity for discussion between members.

Follow them on Instagram @ukcpolir and Facebook @UKCPolIR or have a look at this Q n A they hosted with Jess Phillips MP.

Or maybe you'd like the Model United Nations society, which is a brilliant way to gain confidence in public speaking skills and get a taste of formal negotiating and diplomacy.
