Outreach and consultancy

We are all avid maths fans and want to spread the word – we have even been seen ‘maths busking’ in Canterbury. We run a range of interactive workshops and activities for schools and provide resources for A-level students and teachers. You can come to us or we can come to you. If you are interested, please get in touch smsasadmin@kent.ac.uk

We are also able to provide research and consultancy support in a range of areas to businesses, charities, financial institutions and other organisations. Please get in touch smsasadmin@kent.ac.uk

Students and staff of the University may use our Statistics Consultancy service (also known as Stats Desk) if they need help with, for example, 

  • designing an investigation and/or questionnaires,
  • selecting the right techniques, tools, and software for analysing data,
  • statistical analyses and presentation of conclusions.
