This collection is comprised of over 600 original artworks by cartoonist Stan McMurtry (aka Mac).
The first part of the collection was deposited on loan from the artist in 1981, with further deposits being added in 1995, 2009 and 2022. It is partially catalogued.
We also hold a collection of cartoon newspaper cuttings of Mac's work. These can be found on the BCA catalogue.
