Kent Law School boasts a number of student societies run by law students for law students. As well as offering an excellent opportunity to make new friends and have some fun, you can choose to get involved as a committee member - another great way to gain new skills for your CV, and build your networks.
All are free to join once you begin your studies with us and each of the KLS student societies focuses on a different aspect of the law/legal life. Follow them on Instagram to find out more about what's on offer:
You will have opportunities to develop practical legal skills in Mooting, Mock Trial Advocacy, Negotiation, Mediation and Client Interviewing. These activities enable you to build your confidence and learn “by doing”. And it’s an excellent way for you to apply what you learn in the classroom.
