Areas of focus: Diversity in Leadership and Civic Mission  
Jacqui currently has various roles, some freelance and some in the public sector, is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of People and Development and holds a Masters in Organisational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London. 
Her career has been in human resource management mainly within the public sector, mainly within the NHS and local government. Most recently in 2017 she worked as a project consultant supporting the creation of a wholly owned subsidiary of the East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust. 2gether Support Solutions was incorporated in the Summer of 2018 and now employs over 1,250 staff. 
She has held a variety of board level positions in the voluntary sector. 
Jacqui volunteers as an Enterprise Advisor for a local secondary school providing support to the development of their careers strategy as well as supporting employer engagement.
