Founder of Reflect Digital, which is an award winning local digital marketing company, Becky also sits on the board of the LAB Group, a group of four agencies, where she is involved in a current funding raise to acquire more agencies to bring into the group.
Becky is a creative and client-focused individual with over 15 years of experience gained helping clients to achieve real ROI from digital and offline marketing campaigns. Passionate about everything digital, her mission is to help clients to build and retain an authentic and effective online presence which supports growth.
Becky has built an enthusiastic and expert team with the knowledge and skills needed to deliver the results her clients need. With a keen interest in behavioural economics and how this, when applied to marketing, can truly supercharge results, she is championing being more human within the SEO and paid search community.
In 2021 Becky was nominated for Entrepreneur of the Year at the KEIBA’s and Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce (KICC) Awards. Her agency was also nominated for Medium Business of the Year and Employer of the Year, which at the KICC awards, they took the trophy home for Employer of the Year. 
In May 2021, Becky was inducted into the BIMA100, a list of the top 100 people shaping the future of the digital industry. Something she is extremely proud of.
