Laura has over 20 years of leadership experience in technology solutions and services businesses, delivering to clients in all industries across the globe. 
Currently working as an executive at Atos, a French multinational information technology service and consulting company headquartered in, France and offices worldwide a French company. As part of her role at Atos, she has most recently led on setting up the company’s ‘Decarbonization Practice’ with a focus on reducing the Atos carbon footprint to meet their target of NetZero 2028 but also created a revenue generating portfolio to deliver net zero services to clients across the globe. 
Laura’s career started in Technology Operations as a Delivery Manager. Her entrepreneurial spirit and openness for new ideas saw her build strategy, new teams, initiatives, services and driving growth initiatives across the business. As an inclusive leader, Laura creates strong teams and has benefitted from reverse mentoring with graduate and interns, valuing the fresh ideas being brought to the table and provides a trusted environment to allow the team to be creative in a technology focused company.   
Laura’s global experience with Atos and previously Siemens has given her the chance to travel extensively, with the opportunity of spending four years in the US in New Jersey with her family. She enjoys working across cultures and understanding the nuances and differences across the globe. 
Currently based in Broadstairs, Kent with her family she is continuing her global career whilst enjoying the beautiful British seaside town with her children, husband, and springer spaniel. She is looking forward to being an advisor for the University of Kent, Business School and support shaping its strategy as well as work with the talented students and team in the school.
