- Caroline Challans
Caroline is responsible for managing and promoting the Department’s academic delivery, overseeing its day-to-day operational management and supporting the development of International Programmes strategic development and achievement of goals. She manages our team of English for Academic Purposes (EAP) tutors, and oversees and develops our Short Courses provision.
Caroline has worked in the field of English language teaching since graduating and has taught in a range of institutions in Vietnam, India and the UK. In 2012, Caroline started working in Pathway provision and EAP, preparing students for their university degrees, gaining experience of managing courses and teaching a wide range of nationalities.
Caroline graduated with Distinction from her Diploma and Master's in TESOL. Her dissertation focused on international students' experiences and adaptation to UK higher education and life in the UK.
