Enes Altuncu

I am a PhD student in School of Computing supervised by Shujun Li and Jason Nurse. I am currently working on false information analysis, its detection and prevention by using human-in-the-loop AI. In the scope of my studies, I am more focusing on some uses cases of false information such as fake CVs, fake science/pseudoscience and fraud including fake cryptocurrencies. My studies involve user studies and conceptual research together with the technical work.

I am also one of the Postgraduate Student Ambassadors of School of Computing in which I am helping to conduct outreaching activities.

I am mainly interested in false information analysis, its detection and prevention. Moreover, I am also interested in blockchain and human factors.
