Ella started her career in administration for a case management team for the brain injury team before embarking on her apprenticeship journey. Ella began her Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship in January 2018 and is now supporting other apprentices through their training as an Apprenticeship Advisor.
Ella works with apprentices and employers across the science sector and brings her own knowledge and experience of the apprenticeship process to the Apprenticeship Advisor role.
