Jane has worked with apprentices and employers for the past four years and has a decade’s worth of experience supporting young people. Having completed a BA (Hons) in Supporting Young People, Jane moved into a Business Development role within the further education sector. She was responsible for engaging with employers taking on apprentices. Jane has a wealth of experience in all aspects of apprenticeships, from recruitment to advising on the content of apprenticeship frameworks and standards.
As an Apprenticeship Adviser for Digital and Lifelong Learning (DaLL), Jane works with science apprentices to ensure they are on target and to offer additional support where necessary to employers.
