The Level 6 Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship helps managers take their next step into senior leadership roles. During the apprenticeship, learners develop the knowledge, skills, and behaviors needed to become transformational leaders with an innovative mindset.
Much of the programme is centred around work-based learning and projects, which means that apprentices will be adding value to the organisation while working through the degree.
As part of the triple-accredited Kent Business School, participants receive an outstanding teaching experience throughout the programme.
In addition to on-the-job and off-the-job training, learners will have access to online content and resources and be supported by a dedicated Apprenticeship Advisor.
The duration of the apprenticeship is 4 years and 3 months, including the end-point assessment. Most of the programme is delivered online.
The programme includes weeklong summer schools at our Canterbury campus, with face-to-face teaching taking place once each year over four days.
Learners are expected to take one study day per week to complete their online learning. Additionally, meetings with a dedicated Apprenticeship Advisor are required every 8-12 weeks.
This apprenticeship follows the Level 6 Chartered Manager Apprenticeship Standard. On successful completion of the apprenticeship, learners will gain a BSc in Management which is accredited by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
£22,000 per apprentice, which can be covered by the apprenticeship levy or government co-investment if you are an SME.
This apprenticeship starts in September. Please contact us for more information.
The following modules are typically studied each year. For the award of a BSc (Hons) degree, students must accrue 360 credits which includes the end-point assessment.
The Chartered Manager Apprenticeship is available in a face-to-face format in central London.
