The Level 6 Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship helps managers take their next step into senior leadership roles. During the apprenticeship, learners develop the knowledge, skills, and behaviors needed to become transformational leaders with an innovative mindset.
Much of the programme is centred around work-based learning and projects, which means that apprentices will be adding value to the organisation while working through the degree.
As part of the triple-accredited Kent Business School, participants receive an outstanding teaching experience throughout the programme.
In addition to on-the-job and off-the-job training, learners will have access to online content and resources and be supported by a dedicated Apprenticeship Advisor.
The apprenticeship lasts 48 months, excluding the end-point assessment, with face-to-face teaching one day per week in central London. An accelerated 36-month version is also available.
Face-to-face teaching is complemented by online learning through the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE). Apprentices meet with an Apprenticeship Advisor every 10-12 weeks.
Line managers support apprentices in their roles and attend progress reviews with the Apprenticeship Advisor every 10-12 weeks to approve skills and behaviours for the end-point assessment.
This apprenticeship follows the Level 6 Chartered Manager Apprenticeship Standard. On successful completion of the apprenticeship, learners will gain a BA (Hons) in Business and Management which is accredited by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
The maximum funding for this apprenticeship is £22,000, which can be covered by the Apprenticeship Levy or by government co-investment.
Other additional costs to the employer may include accommodation and travel for face-to-face teaching blocks.
This apprenticeship starts in September. Please contact us for more information.
