Chartered Manager

This Level 6 Degree Apprenticeship can be completed either remotely through an online format or with face-to-face teaching one day per week in central London.

Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship (Level 6)

A Chartered Manager is someone who can take responsibility for people, projects, operations and/or services to deliver long-term organisational success. They may work in the private, public or third sector.

A professional manager will be capable of managing complexity and will obtain leadership responsibility for setting and delivering organisational objectives through a wide range of functions. They will develop in full all aspects of their management and leadership skills, knowledge, self-awareness and behaviours.

Online and London Options

The programme can be completed remotely through an online format, which includes mostly online learning with occasional face-to-face sessions and summer schools at the Canterbury campus. 

Alternatively, the programme is available with face-to-face teaching one day per week in central London, providing a more traditional classroom experience supported by online resources.

Entry Requirements

Apprentices must be employed. The University requires applicants to hold GCSE English and Mathematics at Grade C (or equivalent) and have achieved ABB at A level, or 34 points (16 at Higher Level) in the International Baccalaureate (IB).

Applicants without traditional qualifications will be considered on an individual basis.

Start Date 

These apprenticeships start in September.

Fees and Funding 

The maximum funding for this apprenticeship is £22,000, which can be covered by the Apprenticeship Levy or by government co-investment
