The nomination was received from Helen Ellis, Deputy Director of Estates. Sarah and Jan were recognised for the organisation and support provided for the Estates Showcase Event on 26 June 2018. Without their efforts the event would not have been the success it was. The whole event significantly raised the profile of the Estates Department as a service which considers the needs of its customers first.
In awarding you the Customer Services Award the Senior Management Team, acknowledge the impact you have made to both the Estates Department and the University.
