I manage the Student Success (EDI) Project, leading a number of diverse teams and drawing different perspectives into a single team effort. The Student Success Project isn’t about manufacturing a product, it’s about improving what we do at the University of Kent and supporting students to achieve better degrees. Ultimately, it’s about changing people’s lives.
