At Kent we are proud of our staff and student LGBTQ+ communities and want to ensure that our campuses and practices are as welcoming and inclusive as possible.
Both the staff and the student networks are working together to develop new initiative and ideas to better meet this goal.
The LGBTQ Staff and Student Networks are creating a dossier on ally thoughts about representation and visibility for the LGBTQ+ community, both on our campuses and within the wider community and would like to invite you to take a few minutes to complete a short questionnaire as part of your commitment to being an Ally and wearing your Rainbow Lanyard.
These responses are anonymous and will be used by the Networks to lobby the University for further change and development to better enhance the experiences of our LGBTQ+ staff and students.
