Opportunity details: The chance for you to undertake a placement supporting the Climate Change activities and policy within the council. Work experience will include corporate and service planning, business insight, equalities, performance management, policy development and scrutiny.
Location: Sittingbourne, Kent.
Date(s): 2-weeks - dates to be confirmed between student and employer. Work to be undertaken between June and September 2024.
Post-September: No – this role cannot be completed outside of the summer period.
Remote Working: This reward can be undertaken remotely if required.
Travel costs: Unfortunately, travel assistance will not be available for this reward. (The Careers and Employability may be able to support with travel expenses, within reason, as outlined in the introduction of the Rewards Pack.)
Additional criteria: You must be able to commute to Sittingbourne (short train journey) and interested in working in the public sector.
