The Quality Assurance and Compliance Office offers an ongoing, regularly reviewed programme of training for staff and students in the requirements of the University’s Credit Framework and Codes of Practice.
The programme provides accessible resources to academic and professional services staff across Divisions who engage in QA policies and procedures, and equip them with the correct knowledge and skills to implement quality assurance requirements. Training is also extended to student representatives who are engaged in Committee support activities.
Training resources are available on the SharePoint site for staff.
Staff members can also book 1:1 training with a member of the QACO team by submitting a QA Clinic request.
