Dr Louise Naylor has a wide range of both academic and administrative experience in higher education and interests in supporting learning, teaching and research.
Professional interests include integrating quality assurance and enhancement functions within the University, developing all staff engaged in learning and teaching, supporting the student learning experience and providing wider opportunities for staff and student development through the Creative Campus.
As Director, I lead four teams that are responsible for:
initial and continuing professional development of academic staff
curriculum and educational development including e-learning
quality management of learning and teaching
advice and guidance to students.
