Transcripts are an official record of a student's academic achievement whilst studying at an institution validated by the University of Kent and include a breakdown of all modules taken and overall module results attained for a specific course of study.
Your final official transcript, on official University paper, will be available to you on your graduation day along with your award certificate (or sent to you if your degree is being conferred in absentia).
If you require a replacement transcript, then you will need to apply for this through the University’s Central Student Administration Office website at:
https://www.kent.ac.uk/csao/graduates/transcripts.html
Applications must be made by you, as it is not possible to accept third party applications.
Replacement certificates
A replacement certificate may be requested if your original certificate has been lost or destroyed.
Please visit the Central Student Administration Office website to apply for a replacement certificate at:
https://www.kent.ac.uk/csao/graduates/degreecert.html
Please note that requests for replacement documents cannot be prioritised and are dealt with on a first-come first-served basis.
Turnaround times vary depending on the time of year with May-October the busiest period, due to work surrounding examinations, congregations, re-sits and student registrations.
