Leverhulme 'Space for Nature' Doctoral Scholars - Student led projects

We are very happy to hear from potential students who have project ideas that fall within the Leverhulme ‘Space for Nature’ remit, drawing together at least two different disciplines. If the project idea can be developed into a strong proposal, in collaboration with the DICE academic staff member who will be primary supervisor, individuals will be eligible for the fully-funded taught MSc, MSc by Research and PhD scholarships. The minimum academic requirement is that an applicant will have an undergraduate degree graded 2:1 (or equivalent). We are open to receiving applications from candidates from any disciplinary background. We are particularly keen to support individuals from lower-income or minority ethnic backgrounds. People who have atypical backgrounds or have had career breaks will not be penalised.

If you would like to explore this option, then please contact us by email, including an up-to-date CV, your undergraduate transcripts and a brief project outline of up to 350 words. If you know which DICE academic staff member you would like to work with, then please say in your email. Otherwise, we will approach the DICE academic staff who best fit the project.
