Information for presenters

The DICE Twitter Conference gives the opportunity for any member of the DICE community to give a presentation about their work.

Who can present?

Presenters must be part of the DICE community. This includes all current students, alumni, honorary and associate members, Advisory Board members, and staff. However, all presentations will be available to the public so please subscribe to the mailing list for updates, as we welcome everyone to take part!

If you have any questions then please email dice@kent.ac.uk

Information for presenters

You have 6 tweets (max. 280 characters each) to explain your topic in a twitter thread. Each tweet should be numbered 1-6 and should include the hashtag #DICECON22.

We also encourage presenters to use their first tweet to introduce their research topic and to add other relevant hashtags including the hashtag specific to your conference session (e.g. #Peeps&Nature) and to acknowledge their funding organisations (e.g. #wellbeing, @ARIES_DTP).

The rest is up to you. You may want to stick to Intro-Methods-Results-Discussion or you might have something else in mind.

As this conference is open to the public, we encourage presenters to think about their potential audience but most of all we hope to see the wonderful diversity of research and creativity DICE has to offer!
