Students at Kent
Studying French at Kent, you become a fluent French speaker, develop an advanced understanding of French culture and history and also have the opportunity to take modules in business French. Taken as part of your degree, these modules give you an understanding of the business environment in France as well as knowledge of French business terms.
They also prepare you to take the examinations for the Diplôme de Français Professionnel Affaires, if you wish to do so. Acquiring this additional qualification demonstrates your ability to work in a professional commercial environment, enhancing your career options when you graduate.
External candidates
Suitably qualified candidates may register for Diplôme de Français Professionnel Affaires even if they are not registered as students at the University of Kent.
