The course specification provides all the details about the course and serves as the final guide for what will be taught.
As part of the work we’re always doing to improve your experience at Kent, we're making some changes from September 2025 based on your feedback around how we can better help you manage your studies alongside other activities and responsibilities.
- The Academic year structure will change to three 10-week terms (for undergraduate courses) and four 10-week terms (for postgraduate courses) with assessment taking place within the term that the module is taught in
- Students will normally be studying 40 credits in each term, or in some cases larger modules across multiple terms
To support this we are making some adjustments to modules for anyone who is studying here from September 2025 onwards. Find out more on our Module Changes student pages.
