Contacting the Police

Campus Security staff strive to consistently deliver an outstanding service to make everyone within the campus community feel as safe as possible.

Campus Security are contacted on a regular basis by students, staff and visitors for security advice, to discuss or to report issues, concerns, incidents, crime and anti-social behaviour etc. We will listen, create an official record and give advice, signpost you to the most appropriate agency (internal or external) which could include the Police and we will take action as appropriate.

On occasions, you may want to contact the Police directly about various matters and the poster below from Kent Police contains a number of different ways to obtain information or make an official report to them.
