Clearing is how universities fill any places they still have on their courses after main applications close on 30 June. Whether your results are not what you expected or you’re thinking of doing something completely different, Clearing gives you the chance to see what courses are still available.

From 5 July – 21 October 2024, you can apply for a course with spaces using Clearing if you’re not already holding an offer from a university or college.

If you already have your results you can apply now to start in 2024.

What courses can I apply for?

You’ll find our course vacancies on our website, and you can apply online. If you want to talk through your options, just give our friendly team a call on +44 (0)1227 768896 and they’ll be happy to help.    

When can I apply?

Clearing is open from 5 July and closes on 21 October 2024. You can apply as soon as you have your results.

How will I know if I'm eligible?

  • you’re applying after 30 June
  • you didn’t receive any offers (or none you wanted to accept)
  • you didn’t meet the conditions of your offers
  • you’ve declined your firm place using the ‘decline my place’ button in your application
