All our kitchens have strict controls in place to reduce the risk of cross contamination, such as separate storage areas, utensils, and cleaning equipment for products containing allergens.
However, we cook in an open kitchen environment and currently use common allergens throughout our menus. Although care is always taken, we cannot guarantee there is no cross contamination of products in any of our dishes. Customers with severe food allergies should take this information into account and speak to a manager if they have any concerns.
Our allergen guides below will let you know which of the 14 main allergens are in our dishes. Whilst an allergen may not be listed in the menu description, it may be present in the dish.
