Hannah co-runs EMPOWER, supporting students from underrepresented and lower socio-economic backgrounds in developing confidence, identifying their skills, understanding recruitment processes and overcoming barriers to accessing work.
Interests:
Hannah is passionate about supporting people from under represented backgrounds. Her career has seen her support many students in their employability journey. She enjoys working with them to identify their skills, and supporting them in finding opportunities to enhance their employability. She has great interest in connecting with various EDI organisations to find opportunities for students on the EMPOWER scheme. Hannah is also Co-Chair of the Staff Disability Network at the University of Kent.
