If you upload photographs to the University of Kent alumni website you must either own the copyright or have authority from the copyright owner (usually the person who took the photograph).
When you upload your photographs you agree to give the University of Kent a worldwide, perpetual licence to use them for any purposes including publicity and adding to the University archive. You will retain the copyright in your photographs as well as the moral right. This means we will provide credit to the photographer and not use the photographs in a derogatory way.
