If you accept your offer from Kent by 31 March 2025 and applied for your accommodation by the same date, you'll be guaranteed your first choice of accommodation style, so you can experience university the way you want. Check out our options below to find out which is right for you.

Ensuite

If having your own space is important to you, ensuite is a great option. You'll share a kitchen or kitchenette with your flatmates where you can socialise and make friends, but have your own ensuite with a shower. So you don't have to worry about your skincare routine taking too long!

Shared spaces

The classic university experience. You'll have your own bedroom, but share a bathroom and kitchen with your flatmates. This is often one of the cheapest options, while sharing spaces means you meet people and make bonds from day one. You save money on accommodation which you can use to get out and enjoy university life.

Rooms with a meal plan

This option includes £14 per day (2024/25), seven days a week to spend on food. You'll be able to eat at any of our campus restaurants. This is great if you don't want to have to worry about cooking (or don't trust your own cooking), while also helping you to budget and minimise the impact of any cost of living rises.
