Language Centre

The University of Kent's Language Centre offers a wide range of world languages which can be taken for credit or in your free time. Learning a language opens up a world of opportunities: as well as enhancing your employability, it also gives you the opportunity to study abroad.

Learn a new language

The Language Centre offers Kent students the opportunity to study a variety of language modules as part of your existing degree programme or as an additional extracurricular module. Undergraduate students can also apply to take a Year in a Language. 

Learn a new language or brush up on your existing language skills. Choose from seven foreign languages offered at different levels to suit you.
